One of the problems with advertising on Facebook and Twitter is that social data is anonymous (thankfully). There’s no way of targeting specific people through their platform that you know or may have done business with. But if you have a CRM system with data that is segmented in a useful way, you can upload each segmented group and create ads specifically for those that are in that group and have an account. This gives you a huge advantage over your competition.
