Your customer has gone through the checkout, filled out the form, or has done whatever action you wanted to count it as a conversion. You’re done right?? Wrong. Get them to sign up for your newsletter, follow you on social media, or create a store account. They trust you more now that they have given you their money and/or information, so why not try to keep the conversation going? As long as you can communicate with them, you have the opportunity to lead them down the path to another conversion.
