You built your travel agency into the success it is today. You have a client list, even an established brand, but your bookings aren’t growing at the same pace as the travel industry as a whole. You’ve hit a plateau, and you can’t clearly see what’s needed to make the next step and boost your agency to the next level.
You know the type of clients you love working with, and they love working with you, but you don’t know which marketing channels are most effective at reaching them. You may have tried a bit of this and a little bit of that, but nothing has caught enough traction to produce results.
Your host agency or consortia does marketing and even sends you information on marketing your business. This has helped you get started in the past, but the clients you receive from them are less than ideal, and the information they send you is aimed toward selling their preferred suppliers’ products.

How Does It Work?
Glad you asked! First, we start with a free consultation where I get to know you better and get an understanding of what your goals are for your business. This helps me find out if we are a good match to work together, and if my service will actually be of any help…it is not for everyone.
I’ll ask some questions to get an understanding about your goals, positioning, customer base, and what “giants” are standing in your way from achieving success.
Based off this information, I’ll form a marketing plan that will overcome these obstacles and get your agency moving in the direction you want it to go. This plan is completely unique to you and your goals, and I will consult you one-on-one every step of the way so that you stay on target and constantly make progress.
The plan will be for a maximum execution time of 12 months, and if you have not reached your desired goals by then, I will continue working with you for free until you do.
Minor Details
While I would love to help each and every travel professional, unfortunately that can’t be the case. I only have a limited number of clients I can work with at any given time.
Also, I only work with one agent/agency per travel niche, e.g. if I am working with a destination wedding travel planner, I will not accept another travel agent as a client in the same specialty.
