Local U bed & breakfast conducted a study of how consumers are finding B&B locations for their next vacation. As is popular among this market, many focus solely on increasing their reviews on travel websites. But the study shows that no only are reviews on these websites important, but having other reviews that show up on Google are important as well. B&B owners should not overlook making it easier for their customers to leave a review on places such as Citysearch, Yahoo, and Google.
