I love it when I come across an article that just nails a concept right on the head. Many fail to understand the role content marketing has in their overall sales funnel. Too many are focused on the tail end of the funnel where the prospect is ready to buy, that’s where all the competition is. Content marketing is focused near the beginning of the funnel, where the prospect is researching. This is where expertise and relationships are established; bonds that carry on through the rest of the sales funnel.
