When thinking about what a brand is exactly, it’s kind of tough to put it into words. There isn’t any finite thing you can point to and say “That’s brand.” It’s a feeling that can’t be nailed down. Experience, on the other hand, is something you can get as feedback from a customer…it can be improved upon. When you understand the customer experience, you can easily connect your brand to the touchpoints of your customers.
