The Public View Of Travel Agents Has Changed For The Better

According to a recent ASTA study of leisure travelers, the perception of travel agents has turned favorable. More than two-thirds of those surveyed view travel agents as helpful in planning travel, taking care of things when they go wrong, and good at booking special trips. On top of that 44% of travelers that don’t currently use travel agents stated they planned to do so in the future. The outlook for the industry is looking good.
